چکیده

Ag/TiO2 thin films were prepared using the sol-gel spin coating method. The microstructural growth behaviors of elucidated real-time synchrotron radiation imaging, its structure was determined grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD), morphology imaged field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and surface topography examined atomic force microscope (AFM) in contact mode. cubical shape detected identified as Ag, while anatase, TiO2 film resembled a porous ring-like structure. It found that each ring coalesced formed channels occurred at low annealing temperature 280 °C. energy dispersive (EDX) result revealed small amount Ag presence films. From in-situ it observed time increased, also increased terms area number junctions. rate 600 s 47.26 µm2/s, after 1200 decreased to 11.50 µm2/s 11.55 1800 s. Prolonged will further decrease 5.94 4.12 4.86 2400 s, 3000 3600 respectively.

THIN FILM XRD TOTAL PATTERN FITTING APPLIED TO STUDY OF EVOLUTION OF MICROSTRUCTURE OF TiO2 FILMS

New XRD total pattern fitting software MStruct was used in study of crystallization and microstructure evolution of magnetron-deposited TiO2 thin films and powders. It is an extension of the FOX program for structure determination from powder diffraction and it includes in particular the effects and corrections necessary for thin film analysis when parallel beam geometry and asymmetric detector...

Microstructure Evolution and Thermoelectric Property of Pt-PtRh Thin Film Thermocouples

Due to their small size, extremely fast response, and low cost, refractory metallic thin film thermocouples (TFTCs) are well suited for the surface temperature measurement of hot components. In this study, PtRh films with different amounts of Rhodium (10% and 13%) were deposited with direct current magnetron sputtering and annealed at different temperatures in air. The chemistry, microstructure...

Simulation of Microstructure Formation during Thin Film Deposition

We describe an approach to studying grain structure formation in polycrystalline thin films during deposition from the vapor phase using a “grain continuum” representation of the solid. We employ three codes in concert to track the development of grains while accounting for ballistic transport and surface reaction kinetics. We show that higher precursor reactivities might well lead to higher vo...

Interrelationship of interdiffusion and microstructure in thin-film systems

Simultaneous fitting of independently measured sputter-depth profiles of intensities of Auger electrons or photoelectrons from different Auger transitions (AES) or core levels (XPS) is shown to increase the reliability of the thus determined concentration-depth profiles in diffusion-annealed thin film systems, as compared to the usually applied single profile fitting. In this context an extensi...

Quasistatic evolution of a brittle thin film

This paper deals with the quasistatic crack growth of a homogeneous elastic brittle thin film. It is shown that the quasistatic evolution of a three-dimensional cylinder converges, as its thickness tends to zero, to a two-dimensional quasistatic evolution associated with the relaxed model. Firstly, a Γ-convergence analysis is performed with a surface energy density which does not provide weak c...
